Order Training Services

T1. Computer Literacy Training, US$90: One 1-hour training class, in a one-on-one setting, to familiarize you with basic computer operation, such as how to use the mouse, how to manage files, and how to use a web browser. Face-to-face meeting in the Seattle/Bellevue/Everett/Monroe area required. If you are outside this area and require a computer literacy class, we recommend you obtain it through another service provider in your own locality.

T2. Content Management Training, US$180: Two 1-hour training classes, in a one-on-one setting, to enable the web site owner or his designee to directly create/edit/delete web pages and web page content using simplified HTML and a friendly user interface. No prior web skills required. Basic computer literacy is required. Face-to-face meeting recommended. Training by teleconference also possible.

T3. Large-Store Shopping Cart Training, US$90: One 1-hour training class, in a one-on-one setting, to enable the web site owner or his designee to create/edit/delete store items in an online database using a friendly user interface. If there is a database of products to be imported to the online store, this should be done before training. No prior web skills required. Basic computer literacy is required. Face-to-face meeting recommended. Training by teleconference also possible.

T4. eTicketing Training, US$90: One 1-hour training class, in a one-on-one setting, to enable the site owner or his designee to maintain & administer the eTicketing module. No prior web skills required. Face-to-face meeting recommended. Training by teleconference also possible.

T5. Appointment Scheduling Training, US$145: Two 45-minute training sessions. The first session in a one-on-one setting with the site owner or his designee only, to enable him to maintain & administer Appointment Scheduling group settings. The second session with all staff who will receive appointments, to enable them to administer personal settings and navigate personal calendars. No prior web skills required. Face-to-face meeting recommended. Training by teleconference also possible.
